Congratulations on your new home! On behalf of the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association Board of Directors and Staff, we would like to formally welcome you to the community. We are thrilled that you have chosen to call Sun City Lincoln Hills home. Our mission is to provide Sun City Lincoln Hills residents and their guests with exceptional services.
Sun City Lincoln Hills is Northern California’s premier active adult community with countless amenities. There are two lodges, two fitness centers with swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts, a state-of-the-art softball field, a children’s playground, a full-service restaurant, a sports bar, a cafe, and even a luxurious day spa!
Now that you have had time to settle in, we invite you to stop by the Orchard Creek Lodge Membership Desk to register and use the beautiful facilities.* Upon registration, you will receive the latest issue of the association’s COMPASS magazine, our exclusive Community Directory and Resource Guide, a new resident packet filled with helpful association information, a reusable shopping bag, and much more.
When you register, your picture will be taken for membership purposes. You will also need to bring your valid ID for age verification. We invite you to attend a new resident orientation held every other month (refer to the latest COMPASS for the date, time, and location). You won’t miss this opportunity to meet fellow residents, make new friends, and learn more about your community.
Once registered, you will have access to the resident website (sclhresidents.com) and smartphone app. These are excellent resources to explore and discover all that is happening throughout the community. We hope you take advantage of all your new home has to offer!

Community Ambassador Program
Welcome to Sun City Lincoln Hills! One of the premier active-adult communities. If after you have attended the New Resident Orientation, you still have a few questions, we would like to offer you the Community Ambassador Program as a way to help explore your interests and get involved with the community. We will pair you with one of our Community Ambassadors, a long-time resident that will help connect the dots that make up our Lifestyle.
This program is a free service. Simply fill out the attached application, and we will pair you with an Ambassador.

Billing Information
Assessments are billed quarterly, currently $438 ($146 per month). For those not signed up for electronic delivery, billing statements are mailed several weeks before the quarter they are due. Payments are due on the first of the month of each quarter (January, April, July, October) and assessed a late fee if not received by the Association’s bank by the 15th.
